Multi Purchases:
Although we realise that people may want to buy one of each variant, or even as a gift for a friend/family, we have the right to refuse any multiple purchases that appear to be an act of hoarding. No more than 2 prints (one of each variant) per transaction - unless requested and agreed before hand.
Shipping:
• All items are sent by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ trackable priority service (prints) , or UPS/TNT/DHL or similar courier service for (canvases, panels, etc)
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 10 working days (domestic), 24 days (international)
Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of 'receiving the goods'. - 'Receiving the goods' means 'accepting the package', ie: the time and date it was signed for by whoever (recipient or on behalf of recipient at the address provided by the buyer), it is you (the buyer's) responsibility to open it immediately and inspect for damage. All damages MUST be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being 'received'.
Damages:
We initially require photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of 'receipt of goods' - 'receipt of goods' is the time and date when it was accepted and signed for by (recipient or on behalf of recipient at the address provided by the buyer).
We will then require the damaged print to be returned to us by tracked postal service, and ONLY on receipt of the damaged print will we offer a refund for the damaged goods and postage. (initial and return).
Damages in transit:
We will not accept liability for damage/loss in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging at time of delivery and before signing for it. If there is any obvious structural damage to the tube/box - this must be brought to the attention of the postal delivery service and opened with them as witness. Take proof where you can, and get them to inform you of their policies re: claim for damaged goods.
Replacements:
We will only replace prints if replacements are available, otherwise you will be offered a full or part refund. We DO NOT replace main edition prints with AP’s or PP’s, we hold a small amount from the main edition back to replace loss/damages. If these are depleted - then a full/part refund will be offered, any not used will be made available.
Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of John Doe and up-the-arts ltd. up-the-arts ltd reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Copyright:
Copyright is retained by the John Doe and must not be reproduced without the express written permission of the artist. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.
Use Of Images:
The images of the prints both on here and the website are copyrighted, John Doe has registered in Ebay's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) programme, which means we can report anybody using our images on a post (without permission) and we have the right to request them removed, this may even result in the suspension of your account
Obviously when you get the prints, you can do whatever you want with them!
